Dear Dilip,

Thanks so much, but I need to know and learn more about this. What if you want to stay away from office politics, and if office politics affects you even when you are not interested in that, how does one avoid it?

It is ideal that you stay away from the politics, but if it affects you and your performance and reputation as an employee, how do you tackle that? Any articles on it, please forward to me.

Regards,
Imran

Dear Dilip,

It's nice and useful too. However, in today's office environment, there should be some more points added to it, e.g.

1. Know your position (what people think about you) in the office.
2. Know what happens around you and use it when required.
3. Sell your professional ideas and make sure that you get credit for them.
4. Don't lose heart at any time, no matter what comes your way.

I hope these additional points will be beneficial for you in navigating the office environment more effectively.

Best regards
