Hello,
Your topic suitable for a PhD project is not a dissertation. First, consult your advisor to clarify it.

Hello ma'am,
I have already discussed my project "WORK LIFE BALANCE OF WOMEN EMPLOYEES IN IT SECTOR" with my guide. Since I didn't get permission to conduct my project in a specific company, I am collecting data with the help of my relatives and neighbors who work in Bangalore and Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
Kindly provide me with your suggestions.

Dear Hema,
Thank you for attaching the questionnaire. I have taken a quick look and you seem to have used a range of scales in your questionnaire; that's good. Couple of suggestions and then some questions.
If you want to enhance the success rate of getting responses, you should consider using a web-based questionnaire. People would not have the time to download, fill, save, and send you back the response; too cumbersome in this age. Further, asking for personal and demographic questions at the outset puts people off.
What are the aim and objectives of your study? What population are you targeting and why? What is the idea of asking some demographic questions? Have you discussed your study with your Tutor Guide? Do you know Prof. Umesh who teaches marketing in PSG?
Finally, kindly take a look at my post at https://www.citehr.com/72659-work-li...tionnaire.html which has some useful links.
