I am looking for a case study on teamwork/team building. It had characters by the names of Alec and Stewart. You are required to debate whether a particular member is a team player or not based on their actions, for example, not being willing to attend a party post office working hours, etc. If someone has that case study, can you please share it with me?
Also, if you have any other case studies that can be used for middle/senior managers' workshop on building high-performance teams, please let me know.
