Dear Sudarshini,

What do you do and why do you want to measure stress among college teachers? Where will you be doing the study? Umesh has given you sound advice. Please access https://www.citehr.com/301192-my-mba-project.html and follow what Mary Christy did. Also, kindly see the exchange of views at https://www.citehr.com/319453-key-learning.html to realize the futility of posting short messages. And https://www.citehr.com/324807-project-report.html to see how people who make an attempt are helped. For a sample report project as a guide, you do not need one on the same topic. I have attached one at CiteHr under MBA Projects/dissertation a while ago. Have a nice day.

Dear Sudharshini,

Instead of providing you with questionnaires, I would rather try my best to help you understand stress so that you can perform at your best in your career. Please be practical in your life and don't just depend on others' hard work. I don't believe in reinventing the wheel, but I love to upgrade the wheel to the best of my knowledge.

Stress is something you will find in every employee at different levels. It is a part of every organization's success stories, and you can also find it in our personal lives.

Stress is always associated with the environment (place of work), co-workers, team members, superiors, customers/clients, students, circumstances, and prevailing situations.

Please remember that stress is also a mindset, where individuals need to understand and overcome it rather than absorbing it, which can be harmful to everyone. Stress can weaken our immune system.

Mr. John has posed excellent questions; kindly make use of them. Meet either a lecturer or assistant professor for counseling; I am sure you will receive the best practical queries to frame your questionnaire. My experience with teachers at the school, pre-university, and college (professional/arts) levels was quite interesting, and I truly enjoyed working with teaching professionals.

Kindly include questionnaires related to attitude (positive thinking, positive mental attitude) and behavior (mentally and physically).

Good luck.

With profound regards,
