For the best employee, we have the following criteria. From each branch, each Branch Manager first recommends 2 employees based on parameters such as attitude, job knowledge, discipline, and punctuality. After that, HR's rating is done. These parameters are assessed on a 1-10 point scale. By combining these ratings from the Branch Manager and HR, the employee with the highest average score receives the "Best Employee of the Month" award.
