Child Education Allowance for Unmarried Employees

If someone is unmarried, can the company provide a Child Education Allowance (CEA)? Please brief me about the Washing Allowance as I'm not aware of that.

In case the concerned person is unmarried, it can be shown in "OTHERS." Washing Allowance (WA) is also based on the company policies.

Thank you, Ranjith, Neha, and Sapna for your help. I have gained an understanding of salary structure bifurcation through your assistance.

One more question... If I want to outsource HR services from a consultancy, is it wise to recruit someone from that consultancy (on their payroll) to work at our office? This individual could act as a liaison between us and the consultancy for all HR issues and administration.

I hope I have communicated my query clearly. I can't say for certain.

Shweta
