Hello Everyone!
As we all know, motivation is an essential part of any organization to get input from their employees. So, I was thinking that we could give the award of EMPLOYEE OF THE MONTH in our general meeting. However, the problem is that I have various departments in my firm, making it challenging to be fair to everyone.
Therefore, I have decided to base this reward on general targets, goals, objectives, and factors such as punctuality, being well-dressed, and displaying good behavior. I would like you guys to suggest more factors and ideas to make it more effective.
I look forward to your response.

Hi Sabeeta,
We do choose the Employee of the Month. Our parameters are:
a. Outstanding performance of targets and goals assigned.
b. Significant and positive influence on the company. The accomplishments must be tangible.
c. Outstanding attendance report.
d. Responsible attitude toward job duties.
e. Special rapport with other employees/buyers/vendors.
Hope this helps you.

Dear Sabeeta,
Before commenting on "Employee of the Month," I have the following reservations:
1. One should consider the size of the organization. If the organization is scattered throughout the entire country (like mine), then it would be very difficult to choose the Employee of the Month.
2. If the organization is in one building, it would still be challenging to judge the employees due to factors such as the working environment, working conditions, and workload. For example, the Finance team carries a heavy burden at the end of the fiscal year, and the Sales team faces pressure to achieve targets.
3. Implementing a proper dress code may pose challenges, as not all cadres/grades of employees can dress alike. Executives and Helpers, for instance, may have different attire requirements.
There are many other reservations that could be raised. However, if the organization is a small office with 20-30 people working under one roof, it may be feasible to select the Employee of the Month.
I hope this feedback does not cause offense.
Best regards,
