Dear All,

I have recently joined a call center and have been assigned a project on providing soft skills training. My first workshop is on telephone etiquettes. If you have any PowerPoint presentations or emails on the same, please email them to me at sheetalvasantdhuri@gmail.com.

1) Communication Skills
2) Team Building
3) Time Management
4) Building Self-Confidence
5) Attitude towards Work
6) How to get rid of Stress or Stress Management
7) Keeping a Positive Attitude
8) Presentation Skills
9) Leadership Skills

Also, try to get relevant feedback after the training by preparing a proper questionnaire and ask the trainees if they want training on any specific topic.
