Reasons for sleeping and waking up early.
Evening at 9 - 11 pm: This is the time for eliminating unnecessary/toxic chemicals (detoxification) from the antibody system (lymph nodes). This time duration should be spent relaxing or listening to music. If during this time a housewife is still in an unrelaxed state, such as washing the dishes or monitoring children doing their homework, this will have a negative impact on health.
Evening at 11 pm - 1 am: This is the detoxification process in the liver, which ideally should be done in a deep sleep state.
Early morning 1 - 3 am: Detoxification process in the gall, also ideally done in a deep sleep state.
Early morning 3 - 5 am: Detoxification in the lungs. Therefore, there will sometimes be a severe cough for cough sufferers during this time. Since the detoxification process has reached the respiratory tract, there is no need to take cough medicine so as not to interfere with the toxin removal process.
Morning 5 - 7 am: Detoxification in the colon, you should empty your bowel.
Morning 7 - 9 am: Absorption of nutrients in the small intestine, you should be having breakfast at this time. Breakfast should be earlier, before 6:30 am, for those who are sick. Breakfast before 7:30 am is very beneficial to those wanting to stay fit. Those who always skip breakfast should change their habits, and it is still better to eat breakfast late until 9 - 10 am rather than no meal at all.
Sleeping so late and waking up too late will disrupt the process of removing unnecessary chemicals. Aside from that, midnight to 4:00 am is the time when the bone marrow produces blood. Therefore, have a good sleep and don't sleep late.

Dear Boss,
Thank you for sharing the beautiful science behind the sleeping process. I have been searching for this information. When I mention, 'one should go to bed before 9:30 pm and wake up before 5:00 am,' my friends and relatives laugh at me and discourage me, further insisting that I should 'be practical.' Now, I have strong evidence to justify the early wake-up.
There is a proverb in the Tamil language that says, "Adhikaalayil ezhubavanai velvadhu kadinam" and "Vaigarai thuyil ezhu." I am almost following what you have written, as I typically wake up before 5:00 am. (Not having a TV cable connection helps me a lot in maintaining a scheduled life.)
I have two kids, one aged 1.5 years old and the other 6 years old. I strongly believe that TV will spoil them at this stage, so I use the Internet for their relaxation.
Lastly, 'Take care of your health up to 40 years, and then health will take care of you after.'
Once again, thank you very much.

Dear Mr. SLS (Your way of writing seems to imply that you are older than me, so only initials), whatever our ancestors are telling, they are very much correct.
In the early stages of human existence, our rishis were explaining that Sevvai (Mars) is red in color. After the invention of the telescope, Western culture confirmed that our Sanskrit literature, whatever is available, is accurate. How is it possible for them to analyze the planet's color without considering its distance from here?
Moving on to history, the Riverside Civilization is a chapter discussing the culture that began by the riverside. In Neethi Satakam, there is a slogan:
"Yatra Mitra Na vastabyam, Tatra na-asti chatushtayam
Runa data cha Vaidhyashcha, Srotriyaha Sajala Nadhi
This means, dear friend, one should not live in a place where four amenities are not available: a lender, a doctor, a talented knowledgeable person, and a river with good water available.
The origins of these literatures are unknown.
We are also very advanced in technology. Currently, we rely on others for our weapons, but in the past, we were rich in missile technology as well.
The Mahabharatha War took place in Haryana near Kurukshetra, and there are still radiation effects in that area. While we proudly talk about the Hiroshima bombardment in Japan and its radiation effects, the effects of the Ramayana War can still be seen in Dhanushkodi (India) and Talai-mannar (Sri Lanka).
Some may find it amusing to question who the engineer was that constructed the Sethu Bridge. However, until the 15th century, the public used to walk over the bridge to travel between Dhanushkodi and Talai Mannar. You can verify this on Google Earth.
There are many more things we could explain, but due to time and space constraints, I am unable to elaborate on all of them.
Thank you for your valuable comments, Mr. SLS. Keep encouraging.
