Without some clue about what the specific topic is, how can anyone suggest anything to you? In this forum, time and time again, you are advised to be more specific if you want meaningful replies, yet you persist in being vague and generic.

Hi, I'm working in a company where the employees don't know any language other than their mother tongue, and they are from Nepal. How can I provide them with training and assess the effectiveness of the training? I'm also working on my project for graduation. Any suggestions you can share with me would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Joan,
You can begin by mentioning what training and development (T&D) entails - its history, past, present, and future.
Next, delve into areas such as Training Needs Analysis (TNA), Training Needs Identification (TNI), Competency Mapping, Performance Management Systems (PMS), Training Measurement, Training Evaluation, and Return on Investment (ROI).
You can find all of this information on CiteHR itself. Take some time to read through it, and if you need assistance, let me know.

Pawan

Hi Pgajra,

Thank you for your very informative response. It has indeed been very helpful. I am hoping to start by replying to: What is the impact of employee training on their performance? Is the employer doing enough to ensure that the training is sufficient? How willing are the employees to undergo training to improve their performance? I am going to concentrate on one organization, i.e., Mental Health. Are there any journals/websites that you would recommend or include in my reading list?

Regards, Joan

As I do not know your background, I will not give too much advice. However, I suggest that you access my thread on Research Methodology at CiteHr. Then, you can revert to me by private message if you wish. Have a nice day.
