Hello and happy Republic Day to All citehr member,
this is the first time when i writing some thing on this website with hope that i could find a solution, i am about to complete my MBA with specialization in Rural Development. although i am quiet friendly but at time i found my self too critical that perhaps not always right even what ever task i hold i like to do it in the best way even feel uncomfortable when some body is not acting accordingly.
over all very disappointed with my behavior and short temper nature. could anybody help me to figure out and over come this problem.

I think your current situation is very normal. Now try to see the thing with different angle, mean start taking the thing is positive way and feel that you have controlled your temper. This is actually developing positive attitude. Remember that you should think about changing your attitude. Try to find out what makes you feel irritated or annoyed and why. Its kind of rekkie.
