Hi all, this is Eeshwar from Chennai. I finished my MBA in HR and need guidance regarding my career. Here is my situation: I started a business after completing my studies, but unfortunately, it failed within a year. I then transitioned to a job in administration and worked for 5 months, as my goal was to secure a position in HR, specifically in recruitment. Subsequently, I joined a consultancy where I have been working for 4 months. However, at this consultancy, they are deducting an amount from my salary as Employee Effective Pay (EEP). I am contemplating whether to continue here for 8 months or seek a new opportunity. I am currently feeling confused as I have attended interviews where my previous experience was not considered. I seek advice on whether to stay or move on. Additionally, if there are any HR job openings, please suggest them to me.

Thank you.

Your age may be around 25 or less. What makes you have this much tension? Think peacefully and act wisely. Enquire from your senior people about EE Pay and its purpose. If you get satisfied, then continue the job if you have job satisfaction. Otherwise, think wisely and make a move in the correct direction so that you need not waste your career growth.

Wishing you all the best.

With warm regards,
