Hi seniors,
I have completed my engineering degree and am currently pursuing an MBA. Despite not having any work experience, I am now faced with the decision of choosing my electives for the upcoming semester. Although I am more inclined towards HR, I am unsure if my engineering background aligns well with this field. Additionally, I am interested in understanding the potential opportunities in finance. Seniors, your guidance on these matters would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you in advance.

If you are really interested in HR, go for it. When it comes to finance, your job search would be easier if you are able to cope with it. Since you have already taken the step of choosing an MBA after engineering, go for something (HR or Finance) you truly believe you are good at.
