First, divide your employees into 4 teams. Name them separately. Choose a leader for each team. For every event, one person per team is allowed. The team that wins the maximum number of awards will be considered the best team for 2011 in terms of cultural activities.
1. Rangoli - Give them a concept, and their rangoli should reflect it.
2. Traditional dress contest - One male and one female from each team should participate.
3. Burst the balloons - The person who bursts the maximum balloons in a minute will be the winner. Please note that they should fill the balloons with air before bursting them.
4. Facial - Take a plate, fill it with glucose and grapes. The person who picks the maximum number of grapes using only their mouth is the winner. Note: Tie their hands, and only one grape should be picked up at a time.
5. Dance competition - Any dance style they prefer.
6. Dhum sharods - It's like a mime show. Let a member pick a paper from the bowl they have. One person from each team should come forward, read the content on the paper, and make their team members understand it through actions alone. If the team members understand the message, the team wins a point.
7. Hit the pot - Tie a pot with colored paper, and every team member should hit the pot within 3 strokes.
8. Poetry corner - The best poem will be awarded.
9. Catwalk - One member from each team is allowed to participate.
10. Antakshari - Singing songs starting with the last letter of the previous song.
11. Hunt - Hide a gift somewhere in the party hall. The person who finds it gets to keep it.
12. 1-minute - The person who eats the most biscuits in one minute will be the winner.
13. My story - Each member from every team should describe their daily activities from waking up to sleeping using actions alone. The best presentation will receive a prize.
14. Humor session - Best joke of the day.
15. Reflection - Choose 4 employees in your company, announce their names, and have participants imitate them. Awards go to the best imitator.
