2. What are the different heads under which we can segregate the above components and why?

Thanks for the form, but I really do not need a feedback form. I have already prepared one. What I am looking for is more like a report on how to prepare a feedback form and reasons for including the components that are actually there.

Hi! I'm new to this forum, but from what I have read in the previous articles, the feedback report should basically be in the format of MICE (Material, Instructor, Content, Environment), which overall evaluates the effectiveness of the training program.
