Hello all - Wish a very Happy New Year to you all. I had worked with a Bangalore-based company from January 2009 to March 2010. They are not ready to sign my Form 19 to enable me to claim withdrawal of my EPF there. Under such circumstances, what can be done to submit the form and withdraw the amount? I am based in Patna now, and it is not possible for me to visit Bangalore for this purpose. Help solicited from all.

Dear Skbhaduri,
Have you received the details of your PF Number, Deduction Details in the payslip, and the PF slip from EPFO for the last year? If yes, there's no need to send them again. You can directly submit Form 10C (if you intend to withdraw the Pension amount as well) and Form 19 together with your appointment letter (to confirm your Date of Joining - Form 5). Please also include a xerox copy of your Bank Passbook, address proof, and name proof (preferably a copy of the previous company's ID Card).
The PF Office will require Form 10 from your employer to clear your dues within the stipulated timeframe.
With warm regards,
