Hi Ratan,

Have you ever conducted any analysis on expatriates employed in GCC and other countries? Most expatriates live a bachelor life while their families are in India. In what way is a WORK-LIFE BALANCE STRATEGY applicable to expatriates?

In my opinion, everyone is a professional in this world as they possess certain skills that enable them to earn their livelihood and improve their lives.

A good slide and eye-opener to those who think that longer hours without devotion will be useful. Yes, it will be useful for one in the eyes of the boss in the short run, but in the long run, the results of longer time spent on the job will be evaluated. So, one must be careful in not ignoring both aspects of work and life. Achieve a perfect balance and lead a peaceful life.

Of course, Mr. Bryan is 100% right. When was this speech he made? In these days of competition in the business field, what percentage of people are able to follow this? Even in Coca-Cola, what style is being followed these days?
