Dear all,
I need to prepare a breakup where the basic salary of the concerned employee is more than 1 lakh. Thus, I want to know how I shall proceed with this and if there are any legal obligations for employees who are drawing more than a 1 lakh salary.
Looking for a quick response.
Thanks and Regards,
Namrata

Hi! Even I faced a similar problem recently. Our package was having limited options focusing mainly on junior and middle-level employees. So, I created a new salary structure by introducing various reimbursements along with basic+DA, HRA, Conveyance, and other allowances. If you are interested, I can share some details. Bye.

Hi Bhavan,
Could you please post the salary structure and break up on CiteHR? I need it, and many fellow members would appreciate having it. It would be cumbersome to send emails individually.
Thanks and regards,

Hello Sir,
I am Priyanka Mehta, the HR of Ace Tours. Currently, for the last six months, employees have been presenting their salary details in an abstract manner. I am facing difficulty in distinguishing the salaries of individuals who are exempted from PF deductions. On average, the monthly salary of the employees is around Rs. 10,000.
Thank you.
