Academics Vs Education
Academics is only part of our 'Education'. Academics will aid life, but it alone is not life. There is more to life. Every first rank holder does not necessarily come first in life, and not all backbenchers have remained backbenchers in life. In fact, we often see the backbenchers later in their life controlling the erstwhile rank holders. Skills in communication, self-management, and relationships are today's essentials. The sad fact is none of these life essentials is part of our academic systems. For a better world in the future, let every parent and teacher not only count children's marks but also make their life count.
