Dear Anup,
Time management is explained differently by different people. My question is, we often say time never stops and never waits for anyone, so that means time is not in our control and we cannot manage it. The benefit would be in managing ourselves, not time. Prioritizing, using a calendar, making lists, etc., are all old ways of managing time. Now is the time of Quadrant II planning, where you do everything and manage yourself, not time. I recommend reading Dr. Steven R. Covey's book: "7 Habits of Highly Effective People."
If you face any hurdles in understanding it, feel free to contact me.

Hi Jisha,
Do you have some training material on the same presentation? Some bullets are not self-explanatory. It would help if we had some additional material. For example, not everyone might know what "eating the frog" means. Do share if you have some training material on this presentation.
