It depends on the legislation which covers the organization. The Factory Act of 1948 entitles one day for every 20 days. The Shops Act entitles 12 days of Casual Leave, 12 days of Annual Leave, and 12 days of Medical Leave. The policy has to be consistent with the Standing Orders and the relevant legislation.
