There is still a lot more to improve in your PowerPoint slides. Try to make them more precise. People get frustrated if there is only theory. Add some questions, pictures, and examples to make it more effective and impressive. Also, consider reducing the number of slides.

As you may be aware, Indian Institute of Foreign Trade was set up as an autonomous institute under the aegis of the Ministry of Commerce & Industry, Government of India in 1963. The Institute has been organizing Management Development Programmes, addressing global issues in major areas like International Trade Operations Management, International Marketing &Trade Finance Management, WTO and Trade Policy, which have been found very useful by the corporate sector in today's competitive business environment.
The Institute has announced a 2-day Management Development Programme on “Psychometric Testing and its Application in Business” scheduled to be held in the Institute's Campus in New Delhi during November 18-19, 2010 under the Programme Directorship of the undersigned. The program seeks to educate the participants about the varied psychological tests and their application in the industry, especially personality and aptitude testing. This programme provides practical exposure to varied psychological tests which are widely used in leading multi national corporations in India.
