I have seen many citehr users who are members in the forum for a long time. Some even post their requirements related to HR and non-HR (e.g., required consultancies for tie-ups, required trainers, require help, etc., etc.).
But I really wonder after going through such posts and sometimes feel irritated with those users. Users post their requirements but do not have the sense to put their contact details. A mobile number or office landline number is sensitive and critical, which I agree with (for confidentiality reasons). Being in a technical world, a stubborn person like them can't even provide a simple email address along with the post.
They forget that they are in need and should provide their details rather than just posting the requirements. These users do not even bother to read private emails and give a confirmation of reading the emails.
Is it that they are the only busy people in this world? If they can't respect others' time, what's the use of replying to such users?
I would like to request those users to kindly put your post with contact details or ask for private emails when you are on the begging side, not the demanding side. Value our time as we also have better things to do than finding your contact details.
At least a level of maturity should be shown by these users as none of the users here are teenagers.
