For wage fixation, study data from your industry, location, similar products, similar groups, and similar nature of jobs to ensure accurate comparisons.
Dearness Allowance (DA) Administration
For DA, it is fixed based on the price index and is revised every six months by the government in their notification. A copy of this notification is available in the labor department and should be the basis for DA revision.
