Hi all,
I have a query regarding pension. My father is a retired employee of a central government undertaking company. He took voluntary retirement in 2005, and currently, he is 58 years old. We are unable to trace his pension.
Can anyone please tell me the process of getting the pension?
Thanks & Regards,
Bobby

Dear Bobby, Please approach your father’s employer & collect the details. Apply for pension to Office of the Regional PF Commissioner through the employer. Abbas.P.S

Dear Bobby,
If your father was working in a Central Government Undertaking, there is nothing to fear, and your task becomes easier. Just file an application under the RTI Act to the concerned department's Public Information Officer (who is usually the apex authority), and he is definitely bound to provide the details within 7 days of your application.
