Rich content and absolutely professionally prepared. Many points that I was missing (not getting the correct management term) were found and explained well in this series.

I only joined recently, and when I received the newsletter today, one of the topics was Conflict Analysis. I am employed by SARS in South Africa, and my work is to develop soft skills training manuals. There are 2 manuals that I still need to develop: one on Conflict Management and one on Negotiation skills.
