I do not understand why there are so many standards and versions of laws in our country. Is it not possible or feasible for our government to establish unified regulations nationwide? If the rules and regulations are so challenging for citizens and the working class to comprehend, how can we expect things to be easier for our country as a whole? This division is concerning.

After this, the agency considered the first day as casual leave (CL) and the second day as absent. This really shocked me. Is this correct according to the leave policy? Please advise me.
