Would like clarification on what is an employee interaction survey? I am familiar with the satisfaction survey or climate survey, but not this. Also, what is the purpose of doing this survey?
some suggestions -
1) Use Google... you will get a lot of results... I generally find what I'm looking for in the first page... sometimes I go to page 2.
2) Read the book - First break all the rules by Curt Coffman and Marcus Buckingham. It will give you good insight into developing satisfaction surveys.

hi ryan Its a satisfaction /climate survey.The real purpose is to know if the employees are happy within the organisation and wat else can be done in order to better thier working culture. shivaji

I am curious about who wants to know, whether HR or Management or both. Thereafter, what is the information obtained going to be used for.
I have seen employees give feedback in such surveys as requested, and then, when they don't see any action, or communication, they feel betrayed. AND leave the organization soon.
