Dear all, Is any body aware of the UGC regulations (2010) for doing Ph.D (part time)? Is there any relaxations for women candidates?

What kind of relaxations are you expecting for women? Let's be fair enough at least in education and not expect relaxations. SNDT Women's University has only female candidates; however, the rules and regulations are the same. You can also check the UGC website.
