Dear Dipak,
Yes, you can withdraw your PF amount, but before withdrawing, some formalities need to be completed from your employer's side. Please visit your employer and request for PF withdrawal. Even if you wish to continue your PF with your current employer, formalities must be completed with your previous employer.
It's better if you visit your previous employer and make the request. I hope they accept your request.

Hi there,
Of course, you can obtain your EPF amount at any time you wish. Simply visit your employer to get the EPF form signed and then submit it to your local EPF authority. Your EPF amount will be calculated based on the period of your service and the basic amount of your salary at the time of leaving the organization. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me via email or simply reply.
Thank you.

I have left my previous company 3 years back. I submitted my resignation a week before leaving, but they are not processing my PF withdrawal formalities (I already submitted Form 19 & 10C to HR). They are asking me to first submit one month's salary as full and final settlement is pending and I have been relieved by them. Please suggest, can I withdraw PF without the support of my previous employer?

I applied for PF withdrawal when I switched over to another company. The amount settled was not credited to my bank account. When I inquired with the PF office, they reported an Electronic Transfer Failure and asked me to submit a Re-Authorization letter. Can anyone provide me with the format of this "Re-authorization Letter"? I will be thankful.
