Hi,

For that purpose, you may prepare a questionnaire and have it filled out by your employees. In the questionnaire, include factors relevant to the subject such as salary, training process, timeliness of salary payments, interaction with seniors and juniors, support from peers, colleagues, and subordinates. Additionally, you can add more points to the questionnaire. Based on their responses, you can assess the satisfaction level in your company.

Hi,

As Amit has rightly said, an employee satisfaction survey is carried out to determine the overall satisfaction level of the employees in the organization. You can include all questions related to salary, incentives, working environment, superiors' and subordinates' behavior, career growth, training programs, welfare, etc.

You can select the sample size by using the stratified sampling method, selecting samples from every level because everyone from top to bottom needs to be satisfied. The satisfaction level could be determined by conducting an analysis and presented through graphical presentation.

In conclusion, suggestions of your own should accompany the final presentation.
