Hi,
I was working with one company and resigned before 6 months of completion. I have the PF number, and I heard that it's possible to withdraw the PF even if I didn't complete 6 months of tenure. Just wanted to confirm if it is possible and what forms are to be filled?
Thanks,
SK

Dear Subhash,
You can surely withdraw the PF amount even though you haven't worked for 6 months, but you can't withdraw the pension fund amount, which is equal to 8.33% of the employer's share of contribution. You need to fill up Form 19 for PF withdrawal.
