Hi Jaga,

Attached are the PF withdrawal forms. There are two forms to be filled out – Form 10C for pension and Form 19 for PF. Of the 12% you contribute, 8.33% goes into your pension account, usually the same as your PF number. The process is as follows (for PF deposited with RPFC):

1. Fill out the forms without any mistakes or overrides and submit them to HR.
2. The forms are sent to the PF Office after 60 days from your last working day.
3. After that, the PF Office takes another 60 days for processing and disbursing it.
4. There are two modes of remittance provided in the forms – payable by cheque/DD sent to your address or directly credited to your savings bank account.

This process may vary in the case of private or PF held up with trusts.

Regards, Shiva
