Hi,
I am Dipali David, an ex-employee of a Pvt. Ltd. Bangalore-based HR Solutions company. I resigned on 9th July 2008 after a week's notice and was promised a full and final settlement in 4 weeks by the GM-HR. Till date, I have not received it. I was a part of the company for more than 6 months, hence submitted the duly filled-in PF Withdrawal Forms 10C & 19 on 29th July 2008. The HR Executive told me that they would be submitted after 9th Sept 2008 (as per the 60-day norm, fair enough). I do not have any confirmation of the submission of forms till date. I have emails of follow-ups on the same, but no concrete answer.
Kindly advise me on how to take this further so that they can take this matter seriously. You may also send an email to "dipalidavid@yahoo.com".
Regards,
Dipali.

Thank you for your feedback. Since it's a Bangalore-based company, the PF remittance is also processed to a private fund in Bangalore. Therefore, will it be beneficial to submit it locally? Kindly explain. Also, advise on the FnF, so that the company takes it seriously.

Dear Dipali,
Do not worry. You should visit the site of the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner in Bangalore and describe the problem you are facing by mentioning your provident fund account number. Additionally, as you inquired about your full and final settlement, the information provided was incorrect. Please consider sending them a legal notice indicating that, otherwise, you will be forced to take legal action.
Thank you,

Thank you, Mr. Malik. Please explain the legal implications as well. However, doesn't it take longer than expected for the hearing of cases, and would it be really effective? Is there another way out? I shall definitely enquire about PF. Please advise.

Hi, I have a query regarding the withdrawal of full and final settlement (FNF). I left an Insurance MNC company in mid-September 2010, and almost three months have passed without receiving my FNF amount. I have been following up with my HR for the past month, and I have already submitted all their requirements, including:
1. Exit Feedback Form
2. No Dues Form
3. Resignation Copy
The HR is not cooperating with me; they are not providing satisfactory answers, and I am unsure why they are delaying this matter.
Could you kindly guide me on how to obtain the settlement or provide me with the name of a government body that can assist in resolving my related grievances?
Anticipating your kind support!
