I am working with a call center. This call center is the worst call center I have ever seen, but it was ranked 2nd once by NASSCOM in 2007, I think. The pay at this call center is very low compared to the same process in other companies.
The managers and team leaders tell the employees to extend and work on weekends as well. So, I had a direct discussion with my team leader stating that I cannot extend or work on weekends if the organization is not going to pay me extra for it. I informed him that he must put in a request to the manager. I also mentioned to my team leader that I would resign if I was forced to extend or work on weekends without extra pay. Despite this, I worked one day on a weekend as he instructed me to do so. My team leader then mentioned that my attitude was not correct.
After the discussion, I believe he complained about me to the manager. Things changed, and they started indirectly pressuring me. They were discussing my behavior near me but indirectly. However, I remained silent and patient, not saying anything about it.
The next day, the manager was discussing termination (not with me) and did not allow me to log in. She instructed me to wait until my team leader arrived. I messaged my team leader, but he did not respond.
I thought there might be a serious issue, so I decided to go home. I am considering leaving the job now. If I leave, will they blacklist me with NASSCOM? Sometimes, my team leader threatened employees who left the company that he would blacklist them with NASSCOM.
What should I do now? Please guide me.

Telling somebody he is afraid would not be correct in this scenario. I would rather suggest you not to worry about the NASSCOM thing; it is completely fake. Ravishank is correct. It is your right to ask for time off as this is the policy followed by many call centers. If they do not grant your request, inquire about the policy. If they mistreat you, feel free to speak openly about the company's practices, find another job, and take 5-10 employees with you. This may make them feel threatened, so spread the word around.
Just be aware that you can easily find a new job these days.

No one can blacklist you with NASSCOM. Tell your team leader that you should speak up. Go and talk to your HR regarding this issue. He may be doing this because of extra work pressure, but your HR will definitely listen to you.

I have decided not to go back to the company for any procedures; I will just abscond. The company has high politics for employees who have worked there for many years. The manager worked there for 7 years, the Assistant Manager for 5 years, and the Team Leader for 5 years. Each individual supports themselves, even if they are wrong. It is the worst management. Therefore, I do not think it is a good idea to return and continue chasing after them. I left behind 15 days' worth of salary, which I do not need.

I have worked in a few BPOs, and there is a serious leadership failure in this industry. If you look carefully, you will understand that these TLs and AMs have joined recently and are people who could not do anything else. Personally, I would recommend you to leave the industry, put some years into education, learn from the experience, and move on.
I do understand it is not as it sounds, but believe me, you will see the light when you put a bit more effort. I am doing the same; I had bad experiences in my BPO career.

There is nothing like `blacklisting of call centre employees by NASSCOM'. Nasscom blacklists IT companies for frauds/mismanagement.

As far as blacklisting goes, well, I will tell you to relax. They cannot blacklist you for any stupid reason. It's better to just lay low and explore better options. Remember, you learn from such experiences and move on in your life. Also, I would not recommend talking to anyone in HR (even though I am in HR, I am still advising you not to). I say this because the majority of BPOs have a dysfunctional HR system (I left a BPO and pursued an MBA after facing similar circumstances), and they prefer not to mess with people in operations.
