Forms for Claiming Benefits under the EPF Scheme:

In my company, there are 7 employees. I joined the company in September 2009. The company is deducting my PF employer contribution without PF registration. So, my question is, will the company provide me with my PF employer contribution from September 2009 to March 2010?
