Dear Seniors,
We have an employee working as Peon in our office, who is very rude and misbehave with all the staff and officers. Inspite of several verbal instructions he has not shown any sign of improvement. We have decided to put this formally on record by putting a strong complaint against him to the Management. Can anyone e-mail suitable format and wordings for making this complaint.

Do not worry about the format and wordings of the complaint to the management (against a peon).
If verbal instructions have not worked; try counselling.
Also, find out to whom he reports/attached with, his length of service, reputation etc. Many old-timers acquire this kind of attitude (especially if they are attached to very senior persons), however, they can be won over by empathy and fair treatment.

This reminds of an incident that my friend had narrated over 50 years ago. A person who had looked after the MD of a company was employed as a poen in the company. When a manager told him off for something, the peon told him that he will complain to the MD and dashed off to the MD's office. Without following any protocal he barged in to the MD's room, where a meeting was being held, and complained to the MD in singular.
Not that the peon was arrogant. But he did not know the proper way.
We can give better advice if we know what you mean by "rude and misbehaves". In the absence of such information, please follow Raj Kumar's advice.

Dear friend,
If your peon is an un educated guy better talk to him in english and ask him to reciprocate in the same language.
Define a protocol and portfolio for the peon so that he shall abide by the same.
It is time to avoid such kind of posts in industry....it a legacy carry forwarded from the british raj.
