Dear Friends,
Happy New Year to all of you. Can anyone clarify for me whether pursuing an MBA from IIBM and institutes of that kind is worthwhile and will it help working managers with career enhancement? This concern arises because it is not approved by either UGC or AICTE. Please clarify.

Hi HR folks,
For professional career growth, obtaining an MBA from any institute is not a constraint. Organizations seek postgraduates with substantial experience and exposure in the relevant domain. Performance is what matters most. For instance, my friends who have completed a PG Diploma in management or related subjects are thriving in their professional careers.
When it comes to teaching, your qualifications are not considered. In other words, if you aspire to enter the teaching field in the future, this qualification will not serve its purpose, as the current rules and regulations are structured in that manner.

Avoid Singhania University. Be careful with your enrollment at the university. It was originally a regular degree college that was later upgraded to a university. It is evident that the university is substandard to a large extent and lacks adequate facilities. The teaching faculty and administrative staff are poorly trained, with many lacking even basic English skills. Additionally, they mislead students during the admission process by first instructing them to remit money into their account and then making them go through a cumbersome administrative procedure. Save yourself time and effort by enrolling in other well-known and established universities.
