Can somebody provide me with the latest notification from PF authorities , saying that no more deductions to be made over Leave Encashment.

Hi, PF is not to be deducted from PL encashment amount. This deduction was mandatory for sometime during 2007-08 but later on this has been withdrawan......

PF deduction on Leave Encashment is not necessary.
Landmark judgement given by Justice K. Chandru of Madras High Court way back in 2008. Subsequently, it was upheld/followed in the Manipal Academy case by the Supreme Court. Thereafter, the EPFO notified not to deduct from leave encashment.
