Hi, Recently, we faced an audit where the auditor raised a Non-Conformance Report (NCR) regarding training effectiveness. We already have a system in place to collect feedback forms from the participants. However, the forms currently focus on aspects such as the training title, trainer effectiveness, and training infrastructure. We now need to assess the overall effectiveness of the training program, specifically whether it is beneficial for both the participants and the organization. Can you assist with this?

Dear Muthu,

You should be able to tell the auditors that, because of this training, what was increased or what was decreased. Based on this increase or decrease, calculate the savings of operational expenditure, and that is the effectiveness of the training.

Ok...
