Dear Rao, I am happy to see your posting, and I also want to know about submitting returns for ESI half-yearly and PF monthly. Where do we need to attach separate challans with Form-5 and Form 12A? Please advise on how this can be done. Also, who is the payable check to, SBI ESIC or SBI EPF, or both (meaning two checks)?
Furthermore
Dear folks, if anybody can advise, please? Thank you in advance.

Dear Rao,
I also want to know how we can submit the cheque to SBI Bank for the combined challan. How many copies of challans should be submitted - quadruplicate or double-quadruplicate - and how should the challan be attached with PF & ESIC return. Please clarify it.
