Hi members, Is it necessary for the employer to give a regularization contract for those who have been qualified or just a simple congratulatory letter? Need your advice. Thanks, peter

Hey Peter,

As proof of employment, you need employment contracts for various documentation works. Additionally, there should be evidence of the benefits and remuneration assigned to that particular employee. Every employer should provide a second signed copy of the employment contract to the employee.
