Hi, I am doing a project on employee engagement. For this purpose, I have decided to use Gallup's questionnaire. I have only the questions and have no idea as to what scales to use for the questions. I require help on how I am supposed to go about analyzing the questionnaire. Please help.

If I were to collect samples from about 40 employees, how do I analyze the samples? I would be grateful if you could assist me with specific studies or sites. I would also appreciate it if you could recommend a good book on 'Employee Engagement'.

Have you undergone any course on Research Methods or Methodology? Have you studied all the material available at the site that I gave a link to? Please also search CiteHr for various posts on Research Methodology. Sorry, I do not give answers on a plate but raise a lot of questions to make students think for themselves.

It's not correct to use Gallup questions as they have designed these questions after a lot of surveys/studies spread over a long time and thus have a copyright on these. You can always devise your own questions depending on your needs and areas you intend focusing. Regards, Vijay
