Hi All,

The time is 10:20 PM and just finished with Big B, you know why, only because there was a cyclone alert today and I could reach home early. Otherwise, I should watch the repeated show @ 11:30 PM if there is any energy left.

Just trying to hit where it hurts more, huh, I know it's as difficult as it's said - work-life balance. Tell me, when did you last walk out of the office on time?

HR... We call it Human Relations, we forget our suffering family, longing friends, pets. We take work home, or work from home, or your boss is in the habit of calling you after office hours.

Life becomes more miserable when your chief is the most insecure man and he wants you to stay back after working hours for his cheap sadistic pleasure.

Anyhow, I'm adding a PPT on Work-Life Balance if you can circulate it within the team, including your boss!

I am not against hard work or the urgent needs of the company, but the problem arises when everything becomes urgent.

Just got to collect today morning while starting from the office was listening to Radio Mirchi, suddenly a character comes and says the boss is a person who feels with nine ladies he can produce a kid on the same day... HAHA Chill...

Hi Pramod,

Very true, we are all sailing in the same boat. My boss is angry with me just because I refuse to stay back after office hours. Whenever there is a workload, it's okay, but staying back for silly discussions is not a good practice.
