Dear Pournima,

First of all, you need to know the job responsibilities required for that position. Once you arrive, you have to list down at least 5 KRAs required to fulfill that position. Normally, the concerned HOD needs to advise on the KRAs of his department. I suggest you have a detailed discussion with the concerned HOD and then communicate the KRAs.
