Hi Nirav
I'm the senior consultant and lead trainer of Link Communications, a specialised company comprising former British Council trainers. On Feb 22, the British Council in Bangalore is organising a day's language workshop on a first come first served basis. This will be useful for people with precisely your needs. Maybe that could be a start. Please contact me on to see how we could help you further.
Best regards

Hai Nirav,
First thing to develop in getting the things in your way is positiveness. Secondly inclination.
The following are the ways wherein you can improve your communication skills in English.
1) Find out some good magazines in Enlgish and as well as in your mother tongue, the stories / articles/ news ot any other items should be the same. First read the content in your mother tongue and immediately read first papra of the content and then again read the same content in your mother tongue. Like wise para wise read simultaneously both languages. You will be learning so many words which are new to you, take note of the same in a separate book and try to understand and use the same during your discussions/ talks.
The first and the foremost thing is no body is a master in any subject. If you do mistake only u can learn any subject.
Go thru old links on this particular subject in CITEHR.
Daily without fail pl. do read English newspaper.
After 3 or 4 months you will be standing on a separate platform and in the same way you can suggest to some other who raises the same query.
All the best.
