Hi,

I am an account officer in a BPO company. I joined in the month of Nov '06, so I don't know about the company's previous matters. My main profile is PF. I have done the following work related to PF:
1) Paid monthly challans
2) Submitted forms no. 19 & 10C
3) Submitted form no. 13
4) Submitted form no. 5
5) Submitted form no. 10 from Nov '06
6) Submitted monthly return 12-A

Is that correct, or are there some forms left to be submitted to the PF office? Also, could you please tell me about the NSSN form?

Thanks in advance

Hi,

If anybody newly joins, they have to submit their Declaration Form in Form No. 2. The Annual return for the period of March to February should be submitted in Form 3A and Form 6A before April 30.

Thanks. If you need any help, kindly contact me.

Dear,

NSSN is the process of giving a unique number to every employee. You have to submit a filled form of NSSN to RPFC. Then an identity card (like a PAN card) will be given to the employee by the PF office.

In your work relating to PF, it is urgent now to send annual returns for the year 2006-2007 (i.e., 3A, 6A & Reconciliation statement), and forms 5 & 10 should be sent monthly.

Form No. 13 should be used for the transfer of accounts when an employee leaves your organization and joins another, and wants to transfer their accounts to the name of the other company.

If you have any further questions or doubts, please contact me at nextechssn@yahoo.com.
