ESIC non-compliance issue - Started compliance from the date of registration instead of the date of appointment
Please guide me—the coverage of a unit was in 06/2020, but we started depositing the dues from 01/2021 because, as per the new ESIC notification, a new member can only be enrolled on the portal...
