Benchmarking Hr Practices - Doc Download

Hi everyone,
M working on my summer project..my project is benchmarking best practices in HR..i have prepared a questionnaire for the same...People who are currently working in some organisation in the HR department are requested to fill it...It would be of immense help if HR professionals would fill up my questionnaire and revert back..Majority of the questions are open-ended...Kindly take out some time and do fill the questionnaire..:wink:

hi im doing a project on the best practices in HR in the IT industry can you please post your project report it will of immense help to me. im in real need please help couldnt find any reference to proceed.

Have you piloted your questionnaire? A number of questions supposed to be open-ended elicit only YES or NO responses which could have been framed as close-ended questions.
