I have two years of experience in recruitment and am currently working at a software company in Pune. I have heard a lot about Psychometric Testing. Can you all please help me understand how this can be useful for me in the recruitment and selection process? How can I implement this in my company?

Are there any certification courses or short-term courses where I can learn about these tests from start to end? Kindly help.

You may refer to the British Psychological Society (BPS), a world-renowned association that awards Level A and Level B certificates in Psychometric assessment. Both Level B and Level A certificates are accepted worldwide.
